How Telehealth Works

Choose Your Service
Select the service you need from our homepage. Each service has its own dedicated portal with specific information about cost, eligibility, and what to expect.
Complete Your Health Intake
Fill out our secure, HIPAA-compliant health questionnaire. This typically takes 5–10 minutes and helps your provider understand your health history and needs.
Provider Review
A licensed provider in your state reviews your intake. If they have any questions, they may reach out via our secure messaging system before proceeding.
Care Delivery
Your provider sends your prescription to a pharmacy or coordinates delivery. For consultative services, you'll connect via secure video or messaging.
Follow-Up Support
Your care doesn't end after the first interaction. Follow-up messages, check-ins, and additional provider access are available as part of your care plan.
